11 Wells Spirits has been making rum in St. Paul, Minnesota since 2014. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Maelstrom Rum, a pot-distilled, dehydrated cane juice-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 84 proof.

• Boiler Room Rum, a pot-distilled, blackstrap molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 84 proof.
