Beach Time Distilling

Beach Time Distilling has been making rum in Lewes, Delaware since 2015. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

Beach Time Rum, a double pot-distilled, molasses- and raw cane sugar-based rum that’s fermented with two yeast strains. Dunder is also added during fermentation. Bottled at 80 proof.
Beach Gold Rum, a version of their Beach Time Rum that’s aged for two years in new charred white oak barrels. Bottled at 80 proof.
Beach Fire Spiced Rum, a version of their Beach Time Rum that’s infused and colored with natural spices and flavors. Bottled at 80 proof.
Beach Nut Rum, a version of their Beach Time Rum that’s infused with toasted coconut chips. Bottled at 80 proof.
Beach Plum Rum, a version of their Beach Time Rum that’s infused with Delmarva Beach plums for six to eight weeks before being bottled at 61 proof.
Beach Java, a version of their Beach Time Rum that’s infused with freshly roasted coffee beans and bottled at 80 proof.
