Bluebird Distilling

Bluebird Distilling has been making rum in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania since 2016. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Bluebird Distilling Sugarcane Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, cane sugar- and molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 90 proof.

• Bluebird Distilling Dark Rum, a version of the same base used in their Sugarcane Rum that’s aged for a year in the distillery’s own used bourbon and used whiskey barrels before it’s bottled at 90 proof.
