Copper Bottom Craft Distillery

Copper Bottom Craft Distillery has been making rum in Holly Hill, Florida since 2015. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Copper Bottom Silver Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, dehydrated cane juice-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Copper Bottom Gold Rum, an aged version of the base used in their Silver Rum that spends 18 months in used bourbon barrels before it’s bottled at 80 proof.

• Copper Bottom Beer Barreled Rum, a series of limited release bottlings of the base used in their Silver Rum that’s aged in barrels that previously held various types of beer. Past releases have been aged in used Coconut Ale and used Imperial Stout barrels. The proof varies depending on the release.
