Copper Cannon Distillery

Copper Cannon Distillery has been making rum in West Chesterfield, New Hampshire since 2016. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Copper Cannon Clear Rum, a double pot-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Copper Cannon Aged Rum, a version of the base used in their Clear Rum that’s aged in new American white oak barrels for an unspecified amount of time and bottled at 80 proof.

• Copper Cannon Maple Rum, a version of the base used in their Clear Rum that’s infused with natural maple flavor and bottled at 80 proof.

• Copper Cannon Pumpkin Spiced Rum, a version of the base used in their Clear Rum that’s infused with natural pumpkin spice and bottled at 80 proof.
