Dirty Water Distillery

Dirty Water Distillery has been making rum in Plymouth, Massachusetts since 2012. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• What Knot White Rum, a pot-distilled, molasses- and turbinado sugar-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Better Knot Amber Rum, a version of the base used to make their White Rum that’s aged for at least one year in 15-gallon new American white oak barrels and used bourbon barrels. Bottled at 80 proof.
