Downslope Distilling
Downslope Distilling has been making rum in Centennial, Colorado since 2009. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Downslope White Rum, a pot- and column-distilled, dried Maui cane juice-based rum that’s carbon filtered and bottled unaged at 80 proof.
Downslope Gold Rum, a version of the base used in their White Rum that’s aged three to six months in new, medium toasted American and French oak barrels and bottled at 80 proof. No added sugars, flavors, or colors.
Downslope Wine Barrel Aged Rum, a version of the base used in their White Rum that’s aged in a variety of wine barrels for six to nine months and bottled for limited releases. Each release comes from a single barrel.
Downslope Vanilla Rum, a version of the base used in their White Rum that’s infused with a blend of Tahitian and Indonesian vanilla beans and bottled at 80 proof.
