Forks of Cheat Distillery

Forks of Cheat Distillery has been making rum in Morgantown, West Virginia since 2008. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Ridge Runner White Rum, a pot-distilled, cane sugar- and molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Ridge Runner Amber Rum, a version of the base used in their White Rum that’s aged in white oak barrels that previously held port wine and brandy for an unspecified amount of time. Bottled at 101 proof.
