Hawaii Sea Spirits

Hawaii Sea Spirits has been making rum in Kula, Maui, Hawaii since 2014. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Kula Organic Rum, a fresh cane juice-based, column-distilled rum that’s blended with deep ocean mineral water and bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Kula Dark Rum, a version of the same base rum that is blended with aged rums sourced from around the world and bottled at 95 proof with caramel added for color.

• Kula Toasted Coconut Rum, a version of the distillery’s base rum that is flavored with “natural caramelized coconut sugars” and bottled at 70 proof with caramel added for color.
