H&H Distillery has been making rum in Asheville, North Carolina since 2016. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

Hazel 63 Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s infused for three months with new American and charred French oak spirals and an added oxygenation. Bottled at 80 proof.
