Iron Goat Distillery

Iron Goat Distillery has been making rum in Fredericksburg, Texas since 2017. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Iron Goat Silver Rum, a pot-distilled, blackstrap molasses- and turbinado sugar-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Iron Goat Amber Rum, a version of the base used in their Silver Rum that’s aged for six months in used bourbon barrels from Garrison Brothers Distillery and bottled at 90 proof.

• Texas Heat Cinnamon Flavored Rum, a version of the distillery’s Amber Rum with cinnamon flavor added. It is not sweetened, according to the distillery. Bottled at 90 proof.
