Just Rum has been making rum in Sandy, Oregon since 2018. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Just Rum - Simple White, a pot-distilled, cane juice-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 102 proof with no added sugar or flavors. The cane juice is sourced from Costa Rica and shipped frozen to Oregon. It is fermented with a Caribbean strain of yeast for an average of 14 days.
Just Rum - Oregon Oak Rested, a version of the base used in their Simple White rum that’s rested with toasted American white oak staves and bottled at 102 proof with no added sugar or flavors.
Just Rum - White Oak Aged, a version of the base used in their Simple White rum that’s aged in American white oak barrels for one year and bottled at 102 proof with no added sugar or flavors.
Just Rum - Maple Wood Rested, a version of the base used in their Simple White rum that’s rested with toasted maple wood staves and bottled at 102 proof with no added sugar or flavors.
Just Rum - Maple Wood Aged, a version of the base used in their Simple White rum that’s aged in maple wood barrels for one year and bottled at 102 proof with no added sugar or flavors.
Just Rum - Seasonal Spiced, a version of the base used in their Simple White rum that’s infused with natural spices and bottled at 102 proof.
