Lassiter Distilling Company

Lassiter Distilling Company made rum in Knightdale, North Carolina from 2016 to 2020. These are the rums they produced:

• Lassiter’s North Carolina Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, molasses- and unrefined cane sugar-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Lassiter’s North Carolina Amber Rum, a version of the base used in their North Carolina Rum that spends about two months in new American white oak barrels. Bottled at 80 proof.

• Lassiter’s Rum Au Café, a version of their North Carolina Rum that’s infused with locally roasted, ground coffee beans for 24-48 hours and then bottled at 80 proof.
