Liberty Call Distilling

Liberty Call Distilling has been making rum in San Diego, California since 2013. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• San Diego County White Rum (Navy Strength), a pot-distilled, evaporated cane juice-based rum that’s fermented with wine yeast and a proprietary dunder. Bottled unaged at 123 proof.

• San Diego County Spiced Rum, a version of the base used in their White Rum that’s re-distilled with eight spices. It’s rested in charred oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof with added caramel that’s made from the same evaporated cane juice used to make the rum.
