List Distillery

List Distillery has been making rum in Fort Myers, Florida since 2015. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Mr. Tom’s Spirits White Rum, a column-distilled, brown sugar-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Mr. Tom’s Spirits Dark Rum, a version of their White Rum with added caramel and vanilla flavor. Bottled at 80 proof.

• Mr. Tom’s Spirits Spiced Rum, a version of their White Rum with added spices. Bottled at 70 proof.

• Mr. Tom’s Spirits Coconut Rum, a version of their White Rum with added coconut flavor. Bottled at 42 proof.

• Mr. Tom’s Spirits Key Lime Pie Rum, a version of their White Rum with added key lime pie flavor. Bottled at 42 proof.

• Mr. Tom’s Spirits Apple Pie Rum, a version of their White Rum with added apple pie flavor. Bottled at 40 proof.
