Lyon Rum has been making rum in Saint Michaels, Maryland since 2013. These are the rums (and rum-based products) they’re currently producing:

Lyon White Rum, a double pot-distilled, blackstrap molasses- and evaporated cane juice-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 90 proof.
Lyon Dark Rum, a version of the same base used in their White Rum that’s colored with spirit caramel and bottled unaged at 90 proof.
Lyon Sailors Reserve Rum, a version of their base rum that’s aged for 2 years in used 10- and 15-gallon bourbon barrels and bottled at 100 proof.
Lyon Coffee Rum, a version of their base rum that’s blended with locally roasted coffee and bottled at 72 proof.
Lyon Coconut Rum, a version of their base rum that’s infused with coconut and bottled at 60 proof.
Lyon Blackberry Rum, a version of their base rum that’s infused with local Eastern Shore blackberries and bottled at 66 proof.
Lyon Curaçao, a version of their base rum that’s infused with bitter and sweet orange, cardamom, clove, and other botanicals and bottled at 70 proof.
Lyon Rock & Rum, a version of their base rum that’s infused with orange candied caramel, cherries, and bitters and bottled at 84 proof.
