Old Lahaina Rum (Kolani Distillers)

Ola Lahaina Rum (Kolani Distillers) has been making rum in Paia, Maui, Hawaii since 2006. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Old Lahaina Silver, a grade A molasses-based, pot- and column-distilled rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Old Lahaina Gold Rum, a version of the base used in their Silver rum that is blended with aged rums and bottled at 80 proof.

• Old Lahaina Dark Rum, a version of the based used in their Gold rum with caramel added. Bottled at 80 proof.
