Pinkerton’s Distillery

Pinkerton’s Distillery has been making rum in Lubbock, Texas since 2015. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

Pinkerton’s Platinum Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, Texas molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.
Pinkerton’s Gold Rum, a version of the base used in their Platinum Rum that’s infused with oak spirals before it’s bottled at 80 proof. The rum’s color comes from the spirals according to the distillery.
Pinkerton’s Coconut Rum, a version of the based used in their Platinum Rum with flavor extracts and 30 grams of sugar added per bottle. Bottled at 60 proof.
