Puget Sound Rum Company

Puget Sound Rum Company has been making rum in Woodinville, Washington since 2015. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Rum 47 White Rum, a double retort pot-distilled, panela sugar (evaporated cane juice)-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 94 proof. No added color or sweeteners.

• Rum 47 Amber Rum, a different cut of the base used in their White Rum that’s then blended with the White Rum and aged in used bourbon barrels for at least one year and bottled at 94 proof. No added color or sweeteners.

• Comb and Cane Honey Flavored Rum, a version of their White Rum that’s infused with honey from the Pacific Northwest and bottled at 60 proof.
