Smoky Quartz Distillery

Smoky Quartz Distillery has been making rum in Seabrook, New Hampshire since 2014. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Granite Coast Rum, a column-distilled, Grade A molasses-based rum that’s fermented with champagne yeast and rested for two weeks before it’s diluted to 80 proof with New Hampshire spring water and bottled unfiltered.
