Sourland Mountain Spirits

Nauti Spirits has been making rum in Hopewell, New Jersey since 2015. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Sourland Mountain Spirits Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Sourland Mountain Spirits Spiced Rum, a version of the base used in the distillery’s unaged rum that’s infused with spices and natural flavors and bottled at 80 proof.

• Sourland Mountain Spirits Gold Rum, a version of the base used in the distillery’s unaged rum that’s aged in used whiskey barrels for one year and bottled 90 proof.
