Striped Lion Distilling

Striped Lion Distilling has been making rum in Woodbury, New Jersey since 2020. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Striped Lion Rum, a pot-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof with no sweeteners or flavors.

• Striped Lion Overproof Rum, a pot-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 120 proof with no sweeteners or flavors.

• Striped Lion Citrus Rum, a version of their base rum which is then vapor distilled through citrus peels and bottled at 80 proof with no sweeteners or flavors.

• Striped Lion Cocoa Rum, a version of their base rum which is then vapor distilled through organic cocoa nibs and bottled at 80 proof with no sweeteners or flavors.

• Striped Lion Cinnamon Rum, a version of their base rum which is then vapor distilled through cinnamon sticks and bottled at 80 proof with no sweeteners or flavors.

• Striped Lion Spiced Rum, a version of their base rum which is then vapor distilled through whole spices and bottled at 80 proof with no sweeteners or flavors.

• Rum Collectors’ Reserve 2020 Cognac Cask Finish, a blend of 4- to 10-year-old pot- and column-distilled rums from Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Panama, and the United States. The blend was finished in a cognac cask at the distillery and bottled at 80 proof with no sweeteners or flavors.

• Rum Collectors’ Reserve 2020 Red Wine Cask Finish, a blend of 4- to 10-year-old pot- and column-distilled rums from Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Panama, and the United States. The blend was finished in a red wine cask at the distillery and bottled at 80 proof with no sweeteners or flavors.
