Sun Liquor Distillery

Sun Liquor Distillery has been making rum in Seattle, Washington since 2013. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Sun Rum Silver, a double pot-distilled, cane juice-based white rum that spends 21-30 days in a variety of barrels, including ones that previously held Oloroso Sherry, California Chardonnay, French Burgundy, bourbon, and Sochu. Bottled at 90 proof with no charcoal filtering or added sweeteners, flavors, or colors.

• Sun Rum Barrel Aged, a double pot-distilled, cane juice based rum that spends two years aging in the same variety of barrels as their Silver Rum. Bottled at 94 proof with no charcoal filtering or added sweeteners, flavors, or colors.
