Sutherland Distilling Company

Sutherland Distilling Company has been making rum in Livermore, California since 2012. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Diablo’s Shadow Silver Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, raw cane sugar-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 90 proof.

• Diablo’s Shadow California Gold Barrel Aged Rum, a version of the base used in their Silver Rum that’s aged for a minimum of one year in new American white oak barrels and bottled at 85 proof.

• Diablo’s Shadow Navy Strength Barrel Aged Rum, a version of the base used in their Silver Rum that’s aged for a minimum of one-and-a-half years in new American white oak barrels and bottled at near cask strength (117 proof).
