Three Roll Estate
Three Roll Estate (formerly Cane Land Distilling Company) has been making single estate rum in Baton Rouge, Louisiana since 2016. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Three Roll Estate Rhum Agricole, a pot-distilled, Louisiana cane juice-based rum that’s fermented with yeast from Guadalupe and bottled unaged with no sweeteners or added flavors at 90 proof.
Three Roll Estate White Rum, a pot-distilled, blackstrap molasses- and unrefined sugar-based rum (60/40 split) that’s filtered three times and bottled unaged with no sweeteners or added flavors at 80 proof.
Three Roll Estate Brazilian-Style Rum, a pot-distilled, Louisiana cane juice-based rum that’s fermented with Brazilian yeast and bottled unaged with no sweeteners or added flavors at 90 proof.
Three Roll Estate Dark Rum, a pot-distilled, 100% blackstrap molasses-based rum that’s rested in 4,000-gallon French oak cognac vats (previously used by Rémy Martin) and then finished in American oak barrels. Bottled at 80 proof with no added sweeteners.
Three Roll Estate Spiced Rum, a version of the base use in their White Rum that’s infused with natural flavors and caramel. Bottled at 80 proof.
Three Roll Estate Red Stick Rum, a cinnamon-flavored version of their White Rum that’s infused with canela bark (sometimes referred to as “true cinnamon”) and bottled at 69 proof.
