Wardog Spirits

Wardog Spirits has been making rum at Black River Farms Vineyard and Winery in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania since 2019. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

Wardog Spirits Spiced Rum, a molasses-based rum that’s distilled in a reflux still with six plates and infused with spices. Bottled at 90 proof.
Wardog Spirits Orange Creole Rum, a version of the base used in their Spiced Rum that’s infused with orange and other flavors and bottled at 80 proof.
